Dispatcher, Consolidation Load Planner

We are looking for a Truck Load Dispatcher who knows how to work with consolidation or wants to learn. We have several divisions, so the level of responsibility and compensation will depend on your experience.

Requirements:

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dispatcher in the U.S. trucking market
• Strong knowledge of market rates
• Existing working relationships with freight brokers or shippers will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Load planning for an assigned fleet of trucks
• Working with freight booking platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Negotiating rates and short-term load contracts with brokers
• Monitoring shipments and communicating with customers in case of delays

Conditions:

🕒 Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3 PM — 1 AM in-office from 15:00 to 23:00, remote work from 23:00 to 01:00 (Kyiv time)

📞 Weekends: on call

💰 Compensation: Commission-based — negotiable depending on experience
