    SALES MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPER

    WHO WE ARE We are a small team (Switzerland — Ukraine) and one of the few European companies that are 100% focused on virtual reality-based learning scenarios. We mainly develop our own products, specifically a VR-based driver education solution.

    OUR MISSION Our mission is to provide road safety tools to lower the accident rates of one million deaths per year all over the world and to implement a virtual reality driving school that will educate 100 000s of students.

    OUR SUCCESSES We have been among the Top 25 Startups in Switzerland and were funded by VentureKick. Our Virtual Reality Driving Simulators have been featured in various newspapers across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. We have several clients throughout Switzerland, Germany, France, Romania, Croatia.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for self-reliant individuals who want to work in a small team.

    Business Development

    We operate in a clearly defined segment (traffic safety prevention) and receive inquiries from Chile, Mexico, across Europe, all the way to Turkey and India. At the moment, our market processing is unstructured (especially in SEO/SEA), and we have approximately 5,000 contacts that we are not systematically working with.

    You will support us in the following areas:

    • Developing and implementing a strategy for regular, authentic reminder communication to existing and prospective customers (semi- or fully automated) in consultation with the CEO. We have created various digital gamified free tools that we want to offer customers for free as door openers for use in traffic safety prevention. this will be our «foot-in-the-door» to approach potential customers.

    • Consistent lead tracking, qualification, and answering of first and follow-up inquiries.

    • Building and structuring our CRM system; developing automated but personalized workflows.

    • Automated yet individualized outreach via LinkedIn and email in the name of the CEO; systematic follow-ups to ensure we remain present with prospects.

    • Contacting key players in the digital driver education sector (automotive, insurance, large digital driver training companies), initiating cooperations, and increasing our visibility.

    • Positioning our company as the world’s leading provider of digital traffic prevention solutions.

    • Optional: telephone contact with qualified leads (English) when it increases the closing probability.

    • Use of AI for text, video, and image production — not generic, but precise, value-focused, and clearly differentiated from standard market output.

    APPROACH

    • Clear prioritization: focus on activities that directly generate short- and long-term revenue.

    • No long, GPT-style generic concepts that sound good but achieve nothing.

    • Social media only where it makes acquisition sense; measurable proof of success.

    • Adaptation of all processes to our customer segments and their actual behavior.

    • Unconventional growth strategies:

      We aim to be creative and achieve impactful results with a small budget.

    • Further development of our interactive AI traffic tools.

    • Strategic positioning in close collaboration with the CEO.

    ADDITIONAL TASKS

    • Our brand positioning is unclear: Review and harmonization of our CI/CD; adjustments to presentations, email templates, signatures, and employee photos.

    • Optimization of sales materials.

    • SEO using AI agents.

    • Creation of high-quality website articles via our AI agent.

    • Collaboration with specialists to optimize the SEA budget; focus on AEO (Artificial Intelligence Engine Optimization).

    PROFILE

    • Strong hands-on mentality; results over theory.

    • Deep experience in Business Development.

    • Use of AI-driven automation and performance marketing.

    • Ability to use AI tools strategically without producing generic outputs.

    • Structured workstyle, tactical thinking, and clear prioritization.

    • Confident communication; solid experience with CRM systems.

    • Marketing automation, SEA/SEO/AEO, and modern outreach tools.

    • Understanding of data-driven decisions and clear revenue orientation.

    COMPENSATION Base salary of 40,000. Bonus: 5% on net revenue generated by you (our products cost between 2000−20000 dollars). for now we had between 100000 and 150000 dollars of revenue per year. we hope to double/triple it with your help in the future, as we are now on a very basic and unstructured sales level.

    PERSPECTIVES We will grow over the next few years. Grow with us, take on more responsibility, and participate in our success. The project duration is roughly half a year.
