Yanolja Go Global is a leading B2B wholesaler in the travel industry, specializing in hotel accommodations, transfers, and car rentals.
With 20,000+ partners and 30+ offices worldwide, we operate across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Our advanced technology provides real-time access to products via XML, online portals, and white-label solutions. With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24/7 service to our partners.
We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to expand Yanolja Go Global’s footprint across Ukraine.
The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B experience in the travel industry, a strong understanding of hotel contracting and distribution, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
You will play a key role in developing new business, managing key accounts, and representing Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs and client meetings throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow Yanolja Go Global’s presence in Ukraine.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key partners.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize collaboration through data-driven insights.
- Represent Yanolja Go Global at international and local trade fairs and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector.
- Established professional network within the Ukrainian travel market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets.
- Knowledge of XML/API distribution systems and hotel contracting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Based in or near a major city (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa).
- Willingness and ability to travel within the UA region and abroad.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with wholesalers, OTAs, or hotel chains.
- An analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
