Gen.Ukrainian is an independent Ukrainian NGO supporting children and adolescents affected by war. We design and deliver psychosocial support programs, rehabilitation initiatives, research projects, and we are building Gen.Hope — the Center of Excellence for Child & Adolescent Mental Health in Wartime Settings.

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager (Kyiv, Full-time) to help us expand our partner ecosystem, build strong relationships with businesses and international stakeholders, strengthen fundraising initiatives, and represent Gen.Ukrainian at key events.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Ukrainian businesses, corporations, and business communities (main focus).
• Collaborate with embassies, international missions, organizations, and foundations.
• Identify new partnership opportunities (financial, in-kind, reputational).
• Develop partnership packages and tailored proposals.
• Organize meetings, pitches, and presentations on behalf of Gen.Ukrainian.

Fundraising & Joint Initiatives

• Prepare and support corporate agreements.
• Implement local fundraising initiatives and engage corporate partners.
• Develop and execute joint projects, collaborations, and special campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in donor events in Kyiv.

Representation

• Represent Gen.Ukrainian at public events, forums, and business associations.
• Support preparation for industry events and international conferences.
• Maintain updated partner and contact databases.
• Monitor grant opportunities and assist with grant proposals.

Candidate Profile

Professional background

• 4+ years in the nonprofit sector (partnerships, communications, fundraising, project management preferred).
• Experience with B2B partnerships and international missions.
• Event and presentation organization experience.
• Understanding of CSR and corporate philanthropy principles.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proactive, structured, analytical, detail-oriented.
• High responsibility and ethical standards.

Language

• English — C1 (required)
• Ukrainian — fluent
