Senior Media Buyer (TikTok Ads)

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead our user acquisition in the UK market via TikTok. We don’t need a «button pusher"—we need a strategic partner who understands UGC, creative testing, and scaling in Tier-1 markets.

⚠️ Important: We are looking for a candidate ready to work remotely on a B2B contract basis (Service Agreement).

➡️ Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Media Buying: Launch, manage, and scale TikTok Ads campaigns targeting the UK 🇬🇧.
• Creative Strategy: You will not just run ads; you will formulate technical tasks (TZ) for UGC creators. You must understand what «hooks» the British audience.
• Analysis & Optimization: Daily monitoring of metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS). Rapidly killing losing ad sets and scaling winners.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports on performance and hypothesis testing.

➡️ Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Media Buyer with a proven track record in E-commerce / Fashion.
• Geography: MUST have experience with Tier-1 markets (UK, USA, Europe). Experience with CIS only is not suitable.
• Language: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English is a must (for creative strategy).
• Technical: Deep understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and attribution.
• Legal Status: Ability to sign a B2B contract and receive payments via IBAN.
