The Mission

We are looking for a Technical Architect who bridges the gap between Low-Code (n8n/Make) and Hard Code (Python).

Your goal is not to just «make it work». Your goal is to build scalable, error-proof agentic architectures that power our Lead Gen and Content systems. You will turn raw logic (like our «Content Architect» agents) into stable production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced n8n Architecture: Design and maintain complex workflows in n8n (self-hosted/cloud). You will manage loops, JSON parsing, binary data, and error handling for critical business processes.

Python Development: Write custom Python scripts (within n8n nodes or external functions) for complex data transformation, regex parsing, and API handling where standard nodes fail.

AI Agent Construction: Build and debug AI Agents using ReAct frameworks, Tool Calling, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) logic.

API Integration: Deep integration of B2B tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, APITemplate.io) via REST/GraphQL.

System Optimization: Debug «hallucinations» in JSON outputs and optimize token usage/latency for high-volume runs.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflow logic so our non-technical team understands «the brain» of the system.

Requirements (The Stack)

Low-Code Mastery: 1+ year experience with n8n (essential) and Make (Integromat). You understand the difference between a «Scenario» and a «System»

Python Proficiency: Strong ability to manipulate data structures (Lists, Dicts, JSON) and handle HTTP requests in Python.

AI/LLM Expertise: Proven experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs. You understand system

• prompts, temperature, json, mode, and context windows.

Data Handling: Comfortable with JSON schemas, RegEx, and data mapping.

Business Logic: Ability to translate a business goal (e.g., «Automate LinkedIn Content») into a technical requirement.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Supabase) for RAG.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL integration.

Background in B2B SaaS or Lead Generation

Experience running n8n on Docker/Self-hosted environments.
