Job description
Amrop is one of the world’s largest executive search and leadership consulting firms, with 72 offices in 59 countries and a global team of over 500 professionals. In our Kyiv office, we are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager / Intern to support our team in administrative and research-related tasks.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kyiv. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional business environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Intern / Office Manager, you will support both the daily operations of the office and assist the consulting team in delivering Executive Search and Leadership Consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Project & Research Assistance:
- Participating in the development of search strategies
- Conducting desk research using open sources and media
- Creating and updating candidate databases
- Preparing presentations and client-facing documents
- Assisting with CRM data input and reporting
- Providing general project support to consultants
Office & Administrative Support:
- Managing office supplies and placing necessary orders
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and interviews
- Maintaining an organized and professional office environment
- Supporting the team with document preparation, printing, filing, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree (or final-year students)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous administrative or research experience is a plus, but not required
