    About Foodico

    Foodico is a growing premium food brand focused on gourmet products and gift sets. We develop high-quality products such as olive oils and curated food gifts for online sales across Europe.

    We are currently at an early stage of building our social media presence. There is no fixed SMM strategy, no content system, and no influencer structure yet — and that is exactly why we are looking for a key person to build this area from the ground up.

    Who we are looking for

    We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Brand Growth Manager — a hands-on builder who can shape strategy and execution.

    This role is ideal for someone who:

    • enjoys building systems from scratch

    • thinks in brand and business impact, not just posts

    • wants real ownership and responsibility

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy for Foodico

    • Build a clear content strategy (Instagram & TikTok focus)

    • Create and test content formats (Reels, TikTok, UGC)

    • Generate ideas, write scripts, and create basic video content

    • Build and manage micro-influencer & UGC creator collaborations

    • Analyze performance and translate insights into growth actions

    • Continuously test trends and formats to grow reach and sales

    What we expect

    • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing

    • Experience with food, lifestyle, beauty or DTC brands is a strong plus

    • Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok

    • Strong sense for visuals, storytelling, and branding

    • Independent, structured working style

    • Willingness to create content hands-on (not only coordination)

    • Result-oriented mindset
