    Job description

    📍 Remote 🕘 Full-time / Part-time

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Middle Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon and additional paid media channels.

    The role focuses on execution, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple campaign types and formats, with Amazon PPC as a core channel, but not the only one.

    You will work closely with Category Management and Product teams, executing paid strategies within clearly defined goals and budgets.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns

      (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)

    • Manage and optimize additional paid media campaigns, depending on setup and priorities:

      • Amazon DSP (basic level)

      • External traffic campaigns, sales funnels, etc.

    • Execute keyword and audience research

    • Perform search term and placement analysis

    • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures

    • Monitor and improve key KPIs:

      • ACoS / TACoS

      • ROAS

      • Conversion rate

      • Paid traffic sales performance

    • Support product launches with paid traffic execution

    • Prepare regular performance reports (Excel / Google Sheets)

    • Test new campaign types, formats, and targeting options

    • Collaborate with Category Management on priorities and goals

    Your Profile

    • 1−3 years of experience in paid performance marketing

    • Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC

    • Experience with at least one additional paid channel

      (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon DSP, or similar)

    • Solid understanding of performance KPIs and optimization logic

    • Analytical and data-driven working style

    • Very good skills in Excel / Google Sheets

    • Ability to work independently within clear guidelines

    • Strong interest in performance optimization and testing
