Job description

As a Travel Coordinator at Cloudfresh, you will play a strategic role, collaborating closely with stakeholders across five countries, and contributing to organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Ownership and autonomy.
  • B2 English language, other languages is an advantage
  • 1 — 2 years of experience in travel management and procurement
  • Experience in a multinational organization with frequent travelers
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and travel reporting.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, relocation and international travel compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ability to design, optimize, and maintain travel processes that scale with company growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationship with employees who travel frequently
  • Cost Control & Analytics: Skilled in travel organization, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Crisis & Risk Management: Calm, structured, and highly responsive during travel disruptions, emergencies, or logistical issues.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Works effectively with Operations and C Level Executives
  • Attention to Detail: Zero-error approach to travel bookings and documentation.
  • Communication: Clear, supportive communication with employees and leadership, especially under time pressure.
  • Process Ownership: Strong sense of accountability and discipline in enforcing travel policies and standards.
  • Relocation: independently manage a full-cycle complex relocation case with zero escalations.
  • Procurement: participate in company procurement, follow company’s procurement policy, expense reporting cycle, and purchasing limits.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing with our vendors (flights provider, hotels).
