Finance, Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist. a.k.a. the «Detail Master,» to join our team of professionalst.

This role is ideal for someone who is attentive to detail, well-organized, and confident in financial and administrative tasks. You will support day-to-day financial operations, work with documentation and reporting, and gain international experience.

Our ideal candidate

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2−3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Advanced user of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic reports)
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian legislation for LLC (ТОВ) and FOP (ФОП)
• Experience working with primary documentation and payroll
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) Responsibilities
• Manage payments, accruals, compensations, and payroll calculations
• Prepare and maintain invoices, acts, and primary accounting documentation
• Handle settlements with Ukrainian and international contractors
• Supporting documentation
• Maintain financial records and budgets in Excel / Google Sheets
• Prepare data for internal financial and management reporting
• Maintain employee and contractor data, update rates, and process terminations
• Coordinate with outsourcing accounting providers
• Collect and manage primary documentation for Ukrainian and Estonian entities

Will be a plus

• Experience with international payments (Wise, Payoneer, Stripe)
