Job description

We are CTS Express Inc., a strong trucking company from Chicago. We are not just looking for an employee—we are looking for an active specialist for our driver recruiting department. A person who sees not just an application in every inquiry, but a potential deal.

You will need to communicate a lot over the phone. Thanks to our excellent marketing, we have many incoming applications from drivers interested in working with us, and each one needs to be contacted. The workflow is as follows:

1. You take on a new driver application.

2. You call the driver and check if they meet our requirements or not.

3. You enter the driver’s information into a spreadsheet and the CRM system.

4. If the driver is a good fit, you pass them on to the hiring manager.

Simple and crucial actions. You are the first person the driver will contact, and based on your conversation their first impression of the company will be formed. And we care deeply about our reputation :)

What we offer:

  • A stable employer with a friendly team.
  • Salary: Fixed rate for the first month; from the second month, fixed rate + KPI.
  • Working hours: 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM Chicago time.
  • Schedule: 5 days a week, with weekends of your choice: Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday (On Saturday and Sunday the workday is 2 hours shorter, starting at 9:00 AM Chicago time).
