Job description

Evergame is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in video games, consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), and gaming accessories. Our core business is wholesale and online sales, supported by our own website and internal CRM system, which help us efficiently manage and scale our business operations.

We are looking for a QA Specialist who will support testing of our website and internal CRM system. An external IT team handles development, and this role will work closely with them from the business side to test new features, identify issues, and ensure the stability and quality of our systems.

Your work will help us maintain a reliable platform and a smooth experience for both customers and our internal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing of internal programs and systems;
  • Participating in testing of new features and releases;
  • Creating and maintaining test cases, performing bug reporting and documentation;
  • Coordinating with internal teams to identify and report issues to the IT department;
  • Occasional availability for brief sync calls with the IT team outside core hours (approx. once a week);
  • Working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.);
  • Using AI tools within Google Workspace to improve daily workflows;
  • Supporting ongoing QA processes and ensuring product quality.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in QA (manual testing);
  • Practical experience in executing QA processes, creating and maintaining test cases, and performing bug reporting;
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, and cross-browser testing;
  • Experience or confidence working with Google Workspace;
  • Basic understanding of AI tools (or willingness to learn);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B1-B2 level);
  • Good communication skills and responsibility;

Nice to have:

  • Experience in tech support or internal IT support;
  • English at a level sufficient for work documentation.
