Agrokontakt-Georgievi EOOD. was established in 1993 with headquarter in Dobrich, Bulgaria. From 1st. of November the company has a newly established company ТОВ Агроконтакт Украiна.

It specializes in the production and marketing of sunflower seeds from the largest Western companies — Syngenta, Pioneer, Caussade Semences, RWA, Saatbau, Probstdorfer Saatzucht and Saatzucht Donau.

Agrokontakt-Georgievi EOOD also produces and markets its own sunflower seeds, competing in yield, oil content, disease resistance, Plasmopara and Orobanche hybrids of the world’s largest companies.

The company owns two seed plants in Dobrich — Plant for cleaning, harvesting and treatment of wheat seeds and Plant for cleaning, processing and treatment of sunflower seeds, opened in 2005, fully equipped with the equipment of the Danish — Austrian company Cimbria-Heid, the last word in the cleaning, processing and treatment of seeds in the world.

Modern technology allows cleaning and processing of up to 45 tons of wheat and barley seeds and up to 4,5 tons of sunflower seeds in just 1 hour.

Computerized automatic control of the system regulates the quantity ratio between the weight of the seeds and the pesticides used and the dosage of the treatment rate is extremely precise.
