PERSONAL PROFILE

I am an experienced, Ukrainian Qualified English teacher looking for a new and challenging role to enable me to utilise my existing skills and experience within a school, pastoral or other team setting. I have excellent communication skills and excel at building rapport and trusted relationships swiftly with many different people such as colleagues, students, and their parents.

With proven organisational and presentation skills, I am highly experienced in creating and delivering engaging learning via diverse methodology and media. I pride myself in my ability to engage and motivate students and fellow teachers, creating a culture of positivity and ownership in learning and their development. I am outgoing, resilient, and adaptable and feel I would be an asset to any academic institution.

While much of my experience is in schools, I have numerous skills transferable to many organisations, being highly organised, very IT literate, communicating confidently face to face or online and vigilant with safeguarding. I am self-motivated and can work independently. I enjoy working in teams, leading and encouraging others in group projects. I ensure work is completed to a high standard to deadlines.
