As an TA Manager and Recruiter, I am very enthusiastic and hard working. As I am naturally a very
positive and outgoing person, I do not find it hard to inspire and encourage other team members to
work to the best of their ability. I have also gained experience developing relationships with various
clients. I have joined already existing teams and created fresh ones on my own.
