Project name: Alternative Therapies in Maramures and Ivano-Frankivsk
(ALTHERA ) - ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020
Project description: The project was aimed at creation the centers of alternative
medicine for children with diseases of the musculoskeletal and
central nervous systems in Maramuresh (Romania) and Ivano-
Frankivsk (Ukraine).
Involvement duration: 24 months (2021-2023)
Role: People Manager
Responsibilities: Establishing goals and objectives, ensuring effective
communication, inspiration and motivation of team members,
 performance evaluation and coaching, conflict resolution and
problem-solving, team building and collaboration, task delegation
and prioritization.

Project name: Safe Future (SF) - ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020
Project description: The Safe Future project was aimed to build four Data Centers in
each of the partner cities: Ivano-Frankivsk, Solotvyno (Zakarpattia
Region), Sighet (Romania) and Baia Mare (Romania).
Involvement duration: 24 months (2021-2023)
Role: Project Manager’s Supervisor
Responsibilities: Resource management and budget control, strategic leadership,
direction and coaching of project manager, project’s quality
assurance and compliance.

Project name: Management and Use of Urban Forests as Natural Heritage in
Danube Cities (URBforDAN) – Danube Transnational Programme
Project description: The project was aimed to increase competitiveness at the borders
of the European Union near the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk and
Sighetu Marmatiei on the principles of cooperation and
volunteering in the joint tourism capitalization of multicultural
heritage, identification, preservation and promotion of Jewish
heritage as famous members of history.
Involvement duration: 34 months (2018-2020)
Role: Communication Manager
Responsibilities: Establishing relations with media, ensuring project publicity,
organizing international events within the project, content creation
for project activities, external and internal communication.

Project name: Cross-border Green Transport Network (CGTN) - ENI CBC
Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020
Project description: The project envisages the implementation of system solutions in
the development of environmentally friendly transport systems
with low emissions and noise, encouraging the active use of
electric cars by residents.
Involvement duration: 19 months (2019-2020)

Responsibilities: Planning and initiation of project activities, execution and
monitoring of the project, risk and schedule management,
project’s documentation and reporting.
