WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2016 - September 2022 - worked at Reckitt Benckiser Ukraine LLC as an accountant in the foreign trade department of the finance department + as a consulter in HR department + as a controller in logistic department:
• area - Age debt report;
• site - Bank;
• area of compensation of advance reports;
• documentation archive area: electronic register, archiving, destruction with documentation;
• registration of tax invoices and calculations of adjustments to them;
• accounting for payments to suppliers (acts of reconciliation);
• reflection of costs on Trade Spend (AP Account payables) in accounting;
• work in the Medoc program;
• work in the JDE program;
• work in the 1C program;
• work with salary cards for new employees of the company;
• area - ICO & Stock:
- control, accounting of goods and services from foreign partners;
- negotiation with the resolution of conflict situations;
- analysis of Dt & Kt debts in the Fusion system;
- monthly reporting at closing (BS reconciliation Non-inventory, BS reconciliation Inventory);
