I am an ambitious, self-developed and organised individual with 18 years' experience in
Business Process Management and Operational Efficiency, within some of the largest
companies in Ukraine. I have a deep understanding of and implementation experience
with process and project management tools, transformation lifecycle and continuous
improvement.
I am a process improvement Adviser and certified International Coach (pursuant to
International Coach Federation requirements) at my private practice.
My passion is to investigate how does that life work. I develop myself and my thinking in
order to improve the quality of my life and others.

− a portfolio of initiatives and investment program has been approved in

reengineering projects of the legal and procurement processes (management
of court cases, claim work, overdue debts, bankruptcy, task management of the

− BPM Framework and methodology for the new operating model was designed
and implemented, the company's key processes and process owners were

strategy and budget analysis, SWOT analysis, developing recommendations for
BP improvement and automation, aimed at enhancement operational efficiency

As a Project Manager the following projects were implemented:
− "System of Motivation and Remuneration": a model of performance indicators

processes of goal-setting, evaluation and performance calculation were built
and automated with in-house development;
− "Profitability of Automatic Telecom Stations": a model for calculating profitability
was developed; in collaboration with key members of the Technical Department,
strategies for increasing profitability of 10,000 objects were developed and
transferred to implementation, with centralized operational control of execution;
− workforce modelling (IT, Business support, Infrastructure maintenance services)
and associated headcount optimization.
