Professional experience:

May 2023 - to the present time Interpreter - Cultural Mediator of Ukrainian.
Heraklion Development Agency S.A., Heraklion, Greece. The implementation of the program
"Assistance to refugees in securing livelihood and employment" (funded by UNHCR, UN Refugee
Agency), focused on the integration of asylum seekers, refugees and persons with temporary
protection into the local community through employment counseling, selection of companies to offer
work, formalities related to state or municipal services, medical or educational issues, and resolving
other issues related to the livelihood of program beneficiaries.
Main Responsibilities:
Interpretation for persons who have received temporary protection. Close cooperation with social
workers during consultations on employment issues, social security, psychosocial sessions and other
assistance. Interpretation and translation for employees of government institutions, medical
institutions, company management, during conferences and training events, supporting the smooth
integration of applicants into a new workplace. Reporting, translation of documents.

August 2022 - April 2023 Interpreter - Cultural Mediator of Ukrainian.
Educational Development company PLOIGOS, Heraklion, Greece. Project "HELIOS", implemented
in Greece by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and funded by the Ministry of
Migration and Asylum of the Hellenic Republic. The purpose of the program is the integration into
Greek society of beneficiaries of international and temporary protection through the promotion of
their independent living.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective ongoing communication between all parties to the HELIOS project, namely: with
temporary protection status holders, company employees and managers, program implementers,
government services such as the Asylum Service, the Tax Inspectorate, health departments,
educational institutions and banks, etc. Active participation in the organization and implementation
of educational programs, including cultural events, excursions, etc. Reporting, document translations,
cultural mediation in local events in Heraklion.
August 2017 - February 2022 Consultant of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Implementation of the Project of the World Bank Group (WBG) and the Ministry of Social Policy
of Ukraine "Modernization of the system of social protection of the population of Ukraine".
The direction of my activity and my responsibility: Development of social services in certain
regions of Ukraine. Transformation of boarding houses for orphans and children with disabilities.
Purchase of goods, educational and advertising programs, works and services.
Main responsibilities:
1. Provision of organization and procurement of goods, works and services within the framework of
the Project in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank Group (WBG).
2. Preparation and participation in all stages of the tender procedures, as well as in the evaluation of
the proposals submitted for the tender for the implementation of projects for the re-equipment of
boarding schools in selected areas.
3. Preparation of Draft Terms of Reference (RFP) for the provision of consulting services by
companies, consortia, NGOs for children's boarding school conversion projects, including the
collection of information on the purchase of necessary goods and works.
4. Control and evaluation of the state of execution of contracts concluded by the Ministry of Social
Policy of Ukraine with contracting organizations, including verification of their activities at facilities,
during educational programs, information and advertising campaigns, monitoring and evaluation of
proposals, reports, etc. provided by contractors.
5. Coordination of supplies, procurement process and installation of goods that will be purchased
under the Project for the purpose of reforming and re-equipping boarding schools and social service
institutions in pilot regions of Ukraine. Monitoring and control of execution of contracts for the
supply of goods and provision of related services.
6. Preparation, coordination and participation in educational events in selected regions of Ukraine.

2014 – 2016 Head of the Office for Children, Families and Youth.
(Desnyansky District State Administration of the city of Kyiv, Ukraine).
Main responsibilities:
Implementation of national programs and projects for children, youth and families. Organization
and holding of training events for civil servants and social workers, as well as conferences, round
tables for NGOs on prevention of domestic violence, human trafficking, gender inequality and
socialization of people with disabilities. Participation in the implementation of international social
projects.

2013 – 2014 Deputy Director of the Center of Social Services
