Motivation

The humanitarian field is where I find real purpose in my work. Since 2023, I have been working
directly with vulnerable groups — first as a social worker and legal officer on IDP‑related issues, and
currently as a Protection and Referral Officer in an international organization. This experience has
given me a deep understanding of the needs of people who have faced displacement, trauma, and
isolation — and taught me how to respond not only compassionately, but also in a structured,
effective, and accountable way.
I am seeking professional development in a managerial role — I want to lead teams, participate in
decision‑making processes, and take full responsibility for results. I have strong skills in case
management, partnership‑building, analysis, reporting, as well as experience in conducting trainings
and inter‑agency collaboration. I am confident in my ability to plan, delegate, take initiative, and keep
the focus on the needs of beneficiaries.
