PROJECTS
Project Title: Analysis of Human Exercise Techniques Using Computer Vision
Overview: This project focuses on the application of computer vision and machine learning
technologies to analyze and assess human exercise techniques. The primary objective is to develop a
software system that can automatically recognize and evaluate the accuracy of physical exercises by
tracking key points on the human body. The system provides detailed feedback to users, helping
them improve their exercise techniques and enhance overall fitness performance.
Key Components:
Computer Vision Techniques: Utilized MediaPipe and OpenCV libraries to detect and track key
body points during exercises.
Machine Learning Models: Developed and trained Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and
Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) to classify and evaluate exercise movements.
Algorithm Development: Implemented algorithms for real-time movement recognition and
comparison with reference exercises to provide immediate feedback.
Software Implementation: Designed a user-friendly interface for the FitVision web application,
enabling users to upload exercise videos and receive detailed analysis and recommendations.
