PROJECTS

React, Python Project for UCU students that live in the campus link
Website for room state tracking for Collegium (UCU dormitory) with two types of users: students and
curators. Students use QR codes on their room doors to fill out a form describing the room’s condition
and adding photos. Curators review and approve these forms. At the end of the year, all data stored in
a database. Our website was successfully used by Collegium UCU this year. We are now adding new
features and better design for the next academic year.

Python Banking Industry Analysis link
We analyzed Ukrainian state-owned banks to evaluate their potential for privatization. Our study involved
calculating financial metrics such as ROA and ROE, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratios, evaluating market
share, SWOT analysis and examining loan distribution across various industries.

Python Project for Lviv City Council link
Our team worked on a project for the Lviv City Council to determine if a Park&Ride is needed near King
Cross. We used data provided by the city council and developed a tool with the Python library Selenium
to gather car speed information from the Waze dashboard. Additionally, we analyzed the current usage
of the King Cross parking lot as a Park&Ride and conducted a survey to see if people would use it. At the
end of the project, we presented our results at the Lviv City Council.

Python Influence of Daily Habits on Music Consumption Duration link
Our team analyzed how different factors, such as time to get ready in the morning, time to get to
school/university/work, romantic feelings, weather, etc., influence music consumption time. We gath-
ered data through a Google Forms survey and then used this dataset to build an Ordinary Least Squares
(OLS) regression model to analyze the relationships and test hypotheses. Then we presented our results
for two main music platforms: Spotify and YouTube Music.

Python ECG classifier link
Classifier for ECGs (electrocardiograms) with accuracy 87%. It can classify 4 types of heartbeats. The
process involves transforming ECG signals into scalograms using Wavelet Transform, then classifying
these scalograms as images.

WordPress ELLIS page for APPS UCU link
We developed a webpage for ELLIS for APPS UCU using WordPress. Initially, we gathered all neces-
sary data about ELLIS projects and team, then prepared the design and constructed the webpage using
WordPress.
