I have more than 4 years experience in large multithreaded projects on Java. I am able to quickly understand someone else's code, analyze it, identify weaknesses and take pains to keep track of the my code cleanliness. Large tasks, complexity and new technologies attract me. Most of tasks I take pains to solve by myself, basing on my knowledge, documentation and research in web. Even so, if I have some obstacles on my work I always open to discuss problem with my colleges.
