Project Management
• Broad experience in all aspects of local Ukrainian and international project management from planning to execution and outcome assessment;
• As A Chief Ukrainian office of NSPA and Project supervisor during 9.5 years I performed planning, development and execution of 5 Trust Fund projects in Ukraine, including supervision for implementation of Medical project in Ukraine.
• I was responsible for implementation of Demilitarisation project in Ukraine, during of which about 3.5M of antipersonnel landmines of PFM-1 and around 1M Small arms&Light weapons were destroyed by industrial means, that significantly decreased potential threats for illegally spreading of these weapons around the world.
• Within project initiative for development of electronic management system for recording of all stocks of ammo and weapons in Armed forces of Ukraine was launched.
