03.2020 – Junior Brand Manager Premium Brands (Parliament/Marlboro)
-Responsible for Parliament and Marlboro premium brands cigarettes in terms of brand building and growth in terms of SoM or Volumes.
-Strategy development and tactical moves to deliver the best outcome of premium products to LAS.
-Develop and execute marketing initiatives via offline and “online” solutions.
-close communication with Global BG and finding best solutions and developments made for UA market.
-Briefing creative and trans creative agencies in addition to POSM agencies.
-Made a huge step on prioritization CC premium brands for UA organization
-Aligning strategies with global brand groups.
-Deliver concepts with different insights from different researches and consumer expectations.
-Deployment calendar and tool box developer.
Small Results summary:
1) all the targets in terms of Vol and SoM were achieved in 2021.
2) Premium brands over 6 years had the first time full support in UA not autopilot, but full deployment support. First impact we saw with Marlboro Touch results +0.1 SoM. It was hard to convince organization due to high focus on RRP.
3) UA had individual solutions for Parliament Blue Rose LPE (visual,DTE,Scanpack,employee engagement) we had a huge positive feedbacks from consumers, to my sorrow I cannot show the results for now, due to the situation….but I can share print screen feedbacks. Scanpack flow was the best ever shown with high appreciation from consumers.
4) Deployment calendar of Parliament had full year support in 2022.
11.2018 - Key account executive Philip Morris Ukraine
-Build long term relationship with National Key Accounts Chains by investing in PMU category products.
-Plan Trade Marketing budgets and sales activities to achieve KPi`s given per each chain.
-Maintain year cooperation agreements.
-Arrange efficient conditions out of each meeting with a client, to receive maximum advantages.
-Support field force with all needed information to make compliance visits.
-Update and improve POSM and PPOSM materials.
