• Conducting safety/risk assessments and safety management reviews of locations where Oxfam staff
working or plan to work; recommending actions to management or working directly on action plans.
• To train staff on security management issues, both informally and within the context of formal training
courses, keeping up to date training records. Organizing and conducting security briefings for staff and
new employees.
