- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM profiles, apps, and device connectivity.
- Assist teachers and students with device provisioning, updates, and troubleshooting.

User Support:
- Providing technical support and assistance to teachers, staff, and students regarding

- O365 Administration (CoreView) and relative online services (Onedrive, Teams, Sharepoint)
