1 Intro
Hello! My name is Maiia, I’m from Ukraine and I have
been sketching interiors for the last 2 years.

I graduated from art school in 2013 year. In February
2023, I picked up a stylus for the first time, marking the
beginning of my journey as a sketch artist.
. Today I keep developing in this direction every day!

My services are valuable for interior designers, as well
as architects, and students of the Faculty of Architecture
and Design.

3Steps of work
1. Contact Me – Reach out via Direct, email, or messenger
and send your technical task (TT).
2. Agreement on Details – We discuss all specifics: TT
clarifications, deadlines, sketch format, and pricing.
3. Payment – You pay 50% or 100% of the total cost.
Payment options: Visa/Mastercard or PayPal.
4. 3D Model Creation – On the payment day, I create a 3D
model in LiveHome 3D and send you several angle
options.
Important! At this stage, you can modify the
furniture arrangement. The chosen angle will be the
base for the sketch and cannot be changed after
approval.
5. Sketch Creation – Once the angle is approved, I start
working on the final sketch.
6. Delivery & Approval – You receive the completed
sketch via email within 1-3 days.
Important! If you paid 50% upfront, the preview will
include watermarks and noise. To request edits, the
remaining 50% must be paid.
7. Final Adjustments – If needed, I make minor edits.
8. Final Delivery – After your approval, I send the high-
quality sketch in PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format
(as per your request).

Important! I do not provide LiveHome 3D or Procreate
files. Нou are paying for the final version of my work and
may use only the completed sketch.
 4Technical Task
Each sketch is created based on the technical task provided by the client.
Important! Without a technical task, I will not be able to visualize the
interior, as I am not a designer and do not create the project myself but only
visualize the designer’s idea.

Technical task should include:
Floor plan with all dimensions and
furniture arrangement;
Lighting plan and lighting equipment;
Photos or links of furniture, appliances, and
decorative elements
Textures of the walls, floors and furniture;
Tile color and layout, if applicable;
Additional drawings or models, if available;

Technical Task can be sent as a separate file (PDF, Doc), or as a collage.

After analyzing the technical task, I compile a list of clarifying questions if
necessary, and we approve all the details.
At the 3D modeling stage, the client can already make adjustments.

Important! You do not need to purchase any additional materials—photos
or links are sufficient.
 5Edits
You can request edits to the work during the angle approval
stage, as well as after receiving the finished work.

Edits after receiving the finished sketch:
Must be requested within three days after you inform me that
they are needed.
You can request edits within five days from the moment the
finished sketch is sent.
All requested edits should be provided in a single list.

Below are the conditions and types of edits that you can
receive free of charge, as well as those that can be made for an
additional fee.

The price of the sketch includes edits of up to 20% of the
total work!

Free edits may include:
Changing the color/shade of walls, ceiling, floor,
furniture, and decor (1–2 items).
Adding or removing decorative items (1–2 items).
Changing the size or location of decorative items (1–2
items).
Adjusting the size or placement of light sources.
Adding textures (1–2 elements).
Adding or removing special effects (e.g., flicker, glare).
 5 Edits
Edits that could be made for an additional fee:

Any edits requested later than 5 days after receiving the
finished sketch.
Changing the arrangement of furniture.
Adding new pieces of furniture.
If the volume of edits exceeds 20%* of the entire work.

The additional cost of such edits is calculated individually.

Important! Changes in angle, room size, or placement of more
than one piece of furniture will be evaluated as a new sketch.
