organization’s collective. Collecting analytical information during project
implementation for report preparation. Monitoring and evaluating project execution.

June 2018 - till now - Bouquet Kyiv Stage Festival
Position: director
Responsibilities: Participation in defining the concept and main theme of the festival.
Approval of the festival program and communication strategy. Approval of the
festival budget and monitoring its usage. Interaction with partners. Evaluation of
project implementation based on monitoring data. Responsibility for the level and
quality of the festival execution.

July 2019 - 2022 - Ukrainian chamber orchestra New Era Orchestra
Position: project manager
Responsibilities: Overall project management. Development of project plans,
collaboration with the orchestra's artistic director, musicians, partners, and
contractors. Oversight of all operational matters and budget monitoring. Organization
of the arrival of invited foreign artists and the execution of joint events with the
orchestra.

June 2021 - Leopolis Jazz Fest
Position: guide (accompanying foreign musicians)
Responsibilities: Meeting of musicians at the airport, accompaniment during check-
in at the hotel, accompaniment to rehearsals, performances, interaction with stage
coordinators, organization of musicians' leisure time, accompaniment during check-
out of the hotel, accompaniment them to the airport.

October - November 2019 - Concert of THE MAUNT music band

Responsibilities: Interaction with musicians (participation in the defining of the
event script, advertising campaign, preparation of riders, addressing logistical
questions, preparing merchandise, organizing meetings with invited guests), the
concert venue (arranging the event date, overseeing venue preparation), and technical
contractors (ensuring compliance with technical riders).

such as stylists, makeup artists, location managers, casting directors, etc., ensuring
