• Formation of a staff number and professions of the procurement and logistics department of the Fund;
• Personnel management of the procurement and logistics department of the Fund;
• Online every day marketing and monitoring of military and civilian goods necessary for the Fund in Ukraine and abroad: nomenclature, technical condition of products, prices, conditions of payment and delivery, time of transportation. Preferred markets were: Ukraine, China, Europe Union, Canada, USA;
• Determination of nomenclature and quantity of goods both military and civilian purposes purchased for the Fund in Ukraine and outside;
• Drawing up a work plan of the procurement and logistics department of the Fund;

• Full circle monitoring of both import and domestic contracts implementation: draft of contract preparing, it`s verification, approval, confirming, signing by the contract`s sides, State import permits obtaining, monitoring of payment order fulfillment by the Fund, bank transfers receiving by sellers, create and monitoring of logistic schemes, transportation contracts conclusion,checking the nomenclature, quantity and quality/technical condition of products before sending it to Ukraine, customs clearance in Ukraine, final acceptance of products in Ukraine,transfer of products for storage, verification of ability and compliance of a accompanying document for products with the warehouse of the Fund, or with AFU warehouse and accounting department of the Fund;
• Online interaction on storage and reporting with the warehouse and accounting department of the Fund;
• Transfer of weapons and military products to the Consolidated Logistic Forces of the AFU to their military warehouses for storage;
• Online monitoring of claims of the AFU of weapons and military products supplied by the Fund;
• Preparation and conduct of examinations and preparation of written claim forms for the legal department of the Fund in cases of ensuring a fulfillment of a warrant obligations of sellers of goods.
• Online verification of current needs of the AFU troops assisted by the Fund.
• Preparation and submission of reports for public current report of the Fund in time.
