Personal Summary
My career began as a Technical Support Specialist at telecommunications and software provider
Binotel, where I improved my skills in a dynamic environment. Currently, I am part of Philip Morris
International's IT team. Also I keep learning and gaining new skills by reading professional books
and taking courses. I have successfully completed core Java and QA manual testing courses,
equipping me with a strong technical foundation

Work Experience
• (from June 2024 - IT intern | Philip Morris International)
Using Corezoid/Java Script/SQL/API, I work closely with CRM and delivery chain systems to
enhance operational e ciency. I collaborate with call center managers to develop customized
functionalities for special events and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with existing
systems. I’ve contributed to improving delivery and order tracking by designing features that
display real-time information for supervisors, allowing for better oversight. Additionally, I’ve
worked on implementing an error management ow, enabling supervisors to identify and resolve
delivery issues by tracking the reasons behind errors. This experience has honed my technical
skills and strengthened my ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams.

I have provided technical support to Binotel's business clients. Managed "OnlineChat" product
adjustments based on customer feedback. Conducted product testing and reported bugs.

1) PMBA Telegram Bot

Description: Developed a multifunctional Telegram bot for the Philip Morris Business Academy.
Features include: Grade tracking, test automation, task reassignment functionality, Investment
Game: A stock market simulation integrated with educational content and real-time updates.

2) Dune Game

Description: Developed a turn-based strategy game inspired by the Dune universe. Features
include dynamic gameplay mechanics, a user-friendly interface, and AI-driven algorithms for

engaging player experience.
