Position: Security and Liason Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of transportation plan for mission movements.
• Ensurance of fleet inventory, vehicle, and driver data files, registration, annual inspection and documentation of import/export/transfer of fleet assets, accident management, and insurance matters as well as transport documentation.
• Managemant of replenishment of project fuel coupons in time manner.
• Monitoring of economic cost of fuel, oil and vehicle maintenance and liaise with the vehicle rental and maintenance companies.

Key responsibilities:

• Assessment of programne activities and their impact on staff security. Provision of recommendations to reduce staff vulnerability.
• Coopertion with external agencies (UN, government offices, police) and internal sources (other staff, radio, foreign embassies) on security situation for daily operations.
• Keep security procedures updated and communicated to all staff.

• Ensuring reliable protection of the organization's facilities from theft and other criminal encroachments, fires, accidents, acts of vandalism, natural disasters, riots.
