WORK EXPERIENCE:

International Medical Corps (Poland) November 2022- August 2023.

Position: Security and Liason Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of transportation plan for mission movements.
• Ensurance of fleet inventory, vehicle, and driver data files, registration, annual inspection and documentation of import/export/transfer of fleet assets, accident management, and insurance matters as well as transport documentation.
• Managemant of replenishment of project fuel coupons in time manner.
• Monitoring of economic cost of fuel, oil and vehicle maintenance and liaise with the vehicle rental and maintenance companies.
• Support international travel arrangements including visa processing, hotel arrangements, airport/railway picks etc.

• Collection and provision mission with timely and credible security information and contextual analysis of the local security situation, including through incident alerts and weekly analytical reports.

• Conduction introductory briefings and safety training for all arriving employees, visitors or volunteers.

Key responsibilities:

• Assessment of programne activities and their impact on staff security. Provision of recommendations to reduce staff vulnerability.
• Coopertion with external agencies (UN, government offices, police) and internal sources (other staff, radio, foreign embassies) on security situation for daily operations.
• Keep security procedures updated and communicated to all staff.
• Maintainance an up-to-date security plan in line with the organisation’s standards.
• Establish and maintain a schedule of preventive maintenance for all vehicles to ensure proper functioning at all times. Coordinate with the ountry office to ensure appropriate registration of all vehicles.
• Provide guidance on vehicle fleet management policies; ensure vehicle inspection procedures are applied and all vehicles are properly equipped; train drivers in established procedures and requisite skills.
• Ensure that the organisation’s storage facilities are secure and properly managed including proper inventory records.
• Review monthly vehicle log sheets and prepare monthly report of fuel and maintenance of vehicle.
• Oversee implementation of procurement policies and procedures. Track goods received and delivered by item, cost, area of distribution, beneficiaries, donors.

Key responsibilities:
• Ensuring reliable protection of the organization's facilities from theft and other criminal encroachments, fires, accidents, acts of vandalism, natural disasters, riots.
