Plast
I have experience in organizing large-scale

I am studying at Lviv National
I volunteered with BigShow, a company
University, majoring in Social involved in organizing tours and producing
and Cultural Activity theater performances by actors and singers.
Management. Within a year, I achieved significant success as
2023-2026 the lead manager of 15 touring performances
and operettas held at the Lviv National Opera
and the Maria Zankovetska Drama Theater.

I am a highly active student at Lviv National
University. During my studies, I organized a
student meeting with the Ukrainian actor
Hnatkovskyi, who gained fame for his role in the
historical film Dovbush. I also organized
traditional Ukrainian Večornytsi, which are an
important cultural heritage of the Ukrainian
people.

My name is Anastasiia Chushak, and I am very interested in joining your volunteer
team to help organize non-formal educational events through art and theater. I am
strongly convinced that fostering creativity, active citizenship, and community
development, as well as promoting EU values and programs for youth, are
extremely important objectives, and I would be honored to contribute to this vital
mission.
I am 18 years old and have a basic level of English proficiency. I also have significant
experience in organizing large-scale events through the National Scouting
Organization, "Plast." Through Plast, I acquired strong management and
organizational skills, which we applied in real-life contexts. I actively participated in
organizing charity balls and events for over 2,000 people, as well as working with
children and arranging camps for them.
In addition, I volunteered with BigShow, a company that organizes tours and
theater performances featuring actors and singers. Over the course of a year, I
achieved significant success as the lead manager for 15 touring performances and
operettas, which took place at the Lviv National Opera and the Maria Zankovetska
Theater. Moreover, I participated in organizing a large-scale music festival hosted
at Fest Republic.
As an active student at Lviv National University, I also organized a student meeting
with the Ukrainian actor Hnatkovskyi, known for his role in the historical film
Dovbush. Additionally, I organized traditional Ukrainian evening gatherings, known
as Vechornytsi, which are an important part of Ukraine’s cultural heritage.
I am particularly interested in working with a center for people with disabilities, a
center for refugees and child care, or a youth community organization. I firmly
believe that art and theater can serve as a universal language that connects
everyone, regardless of social status, age, or cultural background. The desire to
contribute to the development of these individuals and help them feel part of the
community motivates me to join your project.
I see this opportunity as an incredible chance not only to share my skills and
experiences but also to learn new things, gain additional skills in event organization,
and better understand the importance of cultural interaction in forming active and
responsible citizenship. I strive to become part of a team that aims to positively
impact communities and help individuals discover their potential.
