2. System Configuration: Configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other components to align with the business requirements gathered.
3. Customization: Developing custom solutions using tools like Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 CE's built-in customization capabilities to extend the platform's functionality beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.
4. Data Migration: Planning and executing data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CE, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Designing and executing test plans to ensure that the Dynamics 365 CE solution meets functional and performance requirements, troubleshooting issues as they arise during testing.
6. Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the Dynamics 365 CE system effectively. Also, documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference.
7. User Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing their questions, issues, and enhancement requests related to Dynamics 365 CE, and troubleshooting technical problems as they arise.
