A boutique recruitment startup agency in Dubai, primarily focusing on the Wealth market. Collaboration with the consulting company Wealth Consulting to close vacancies during the first six months.

Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (primarily using LinkedIn, Djinni, and YouTube Jobs).
- Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivation.
- Coordinating technical interviews, analyzing candidates' strengths and weaknesses, and providing hiring recommendations.
