PRESENT POSITION:

member of the Ukrainian delegation participating in the sessions of the United Nations Commission for Narcotic Drugs 2021 - 2023 approved by presidential order №477/2021-rp;

member of the working group developing a draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers policy strategy for drugs in Ukraine till 2030;

participant in the work of the Ukrainian drug research working group and EU-ACT, EU Action against Drugs and Organized Crime;

work according to the requirements of the Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971, the UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 and Ukrainian legislation;
«On Narcotic Drugs,psychotropic substances and precursors «and»On measures to combat illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and their abuse», developed a number of amendments to regulations approved by the Government,such as: «On amendments to the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors» fom May 24, 2024 № 653, from April 26, 2024 № 458, from March 10, 2021 № 192.
