• Collaborate with engineering on creating custom client solutions and building up new capabilities.
• Experience in international business environment (outsourcing, consulting, MNCs).
• Solid understanding of software development and product engineering.
• Experience in project management.
• Direction and overseeing the company marketing efforts to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
• Communication with company HQ to coordinate and carry out assigned objectives.
• Elaboration of sales department development strategy, active search of key clients and partners.
• Excellent grammatical English and Ukrainian.
• Professional user of MS Office programs.
