● Lead the special social project designed to recruit Ukrainian students in Germany to
Volkswagen AG;
● Recruited 20+ students with extra funding to support the process in the media (ads and
communication);
● Devised and executed four external campaigns via LinkedIn and HappyMonday again
without funding for PR;
● Utilized HR tools (E-recruiting, Success Factors, SAP) to select interns; ● Conducted
multilingual onboarding sessions for 100+ interns in English, German and Ukrainian
languages;
● Attended 10+ workshops: e.g. Job Posting Bootcamp for Recruiter (learned about the ),
SDP & TSI trainings (learned about different types of interviews), SAP Success Factors
(training for using a recruiting tool), etc.;

Interpreter and psychological help for kids and adults in a refugee shelter
● Interpreted for German-Ukrainian and English-Ukrainian languages in shelters and train
stations for 100+ hours;
● Conducted comprehensive orientations for refugees, explaining the shelter's facilities,
services, and resources;
● Engaged with and provided care for approximately 20 children affected by war, employing
relaxation techniques and play sessions to alleviate stress and anxiety;
● Helped relocate more than 50 foreigners from Ukraine since the war started.
