PROFILE
A proactive and resilient professional with travel industry experience dating back to 2012 in Ukraine. I am currently working as a Travel Agent and Consultant at World choice Travel (TTNG) in Shrewsbury, where I handle customer enquiries, create tailored travel packages, coordinate with suppliers, manage bookings, process payments, and maintain CRM records.
This role has strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bookings while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Previously, I worked with the Refugee Team at Enable, Shropshire Council, focusing on communication, support, and creating accessible services for vulnerable individuals.
