RESEARCH PROJECTS
03/2024 - 05/2024, CSR Recycling Project (Business ethics and CSR, Professor Márta
Somogyvári), Faculty of Business and Economics. University of Pécs.
I researched with the aim to create awareness with the effect to change the behaviour of
students towards recycling at the University of Pécs. The project was completed by adopting
project management skills which I learned in my second semester. Starting from the need
analysis, benchmarking to dissemination plan to help complete the project. Two major
strategies were recommended after the completion of the project.

09/2024 - 11/2024, L’Oréal Paris, company, Sustainable HRM course (Dr. Zsófia
Ásványi), Faculty of Business and Economics. University of Pécs. Role: My team and I
collaborated on a project with L’Oréal Paris. Our work focused on developing a research-
driven solution proposal to address the company’s human resource challenges. We analyzed
key areas such as recruitment, selection, assimilation processes, downsizing, performance
management, and labor relations, emphasizing sustainable and innovative solutions to
enhance HR practices.

10/2023 -10/2023, ECEM (Enriching communities through engaged Mobility’s), Citizen
Lab (Erasmus) Berlin. Role: I was selected to represent in exploring the potential of
stronger collaborations between countries with the EU communities, organisations, students’
bodies, and universities to address local needs through community learning.
