Back up of Health and Safety Officer for HSE&PSM issues (several plants, 2 quarry areas, mine, full cycle of production, general quantity employees including contactors around 20000) industrial sector 2022 - 2025 up to now
Responsibilities:
• Managing of department HSE (76 employees) and period of performed duties (260 employees);
• Performed duties of Health and Safety Officer for HSE&PSM during 3 years;
• Steering and preparation Safety Committee with CEO and Vice President of Segment;
• Running HSE projects (such as red zones (award 2024 in the company), finger prints for electrical stations, STF slip trip and fall program, safety devices for conveyer belts, safety systems for transports rail way, trucks);
