Work experience After graduation started working at Utech as a Technical Support Representative
(Utech develops software and hardware for transportation companies in the US)
My duties at work were:
1. Receiving incoming calls either from transportation company
representatives or from their drivers.
2. Solving the issues they were having:
● creating an account
● activating specific features for the account
● synchronization issues
● updating the software
● troubleshooting
● setting correct configurations for the correct recording of odometers
and engine hours of the truck
● reporting bugs to the IT department
