The main direction of my work was the implementation, optimization and support of the
POD (proof of delivery) flows for all Alumeco’s subsidiaries. I had to deal with a large
number of freight forwarders, carriers and sellers in order to arrange a continuous PODs
providing. I increased the percentage of deliveries covered by POD from 25% to 90%.

Apart from that, the list of my daily task involved:

Updating various KPI reports for subsidiaries and head office
Helping my colleagues with Polish-Russian translation and taking a part as a translator
in meetings between CEOs of Alumeco’s Polish subsidiary and russian suppliers.

manufacturer to Ukraine. The main concept and challenge of that business was to
introduce the new very specific category of product into the Ukrainian market. I
