For the last 3 years (2022-2025) I was combined legal work with the work of a project manager for
the construction of an elevator, which included:

1) support for the transaction for the purchase of land plots for the elevator construction
project;

2) preparation and defense of a business plan before the credit committee;

3) full support and obtaining an investment loan for the elevator construction project;

4) searching for and organizing contract work for the construction of the elevator (general
contractor, general architect of the project, subcontractors);

5) developing urban planning documentation (making changes to the detailed plan of the
territory, obtaining a permit to start construction work through e-construction (CC-1);

6) contracting and supplying equipment for the elevator (both foreign and domestic, support
for delivery and customs brokerage);

7) passing the elevator project examination (consisting of two start-up stages);

8) obtaining technical conditions for connecting the railway track;

9) searching for and organizing contract work for the construction of a 2.7 km railway branch
and 7 turnouts (general contractor, general architect of the project, subcontractors);

10) commissioning the elevator, obtaining ownership rights, transferring to mortgage;

11) organizing and passing the ecological documentation;

12) forming a team of elevator employees;

13) supporting the start-up and commissioning of the elevator based on the SCADA process
automation system;

14) support and obtaining a package of permits for the elevator's operation (registration of
