Worked from scratch on a complex, large-scale Real Estate CRM platform
designed to cover the full property management cycle. The system allowed
real estate companies to create, edit, and track properties with multiple
admin roles and access levels, ensuring controlled workflows and data
security. It featured advanced functionality for publishing properties to
external listing services, handling synchronization and validation of data
across platforms. The CRM also included automated commission
management for brokers based on property status, significantly reducing
manual calculations and errors. In addition, a mobile application was

properties on the go, track updates in real time, and ensure seamless
