Founded and lead a volunteer initiative focused on developing, assembling, and
testing FPV and customised UAVs;
Lead the full production cycle, from fundraising and component sourcing to
assembling, system integration, firmware setup and testing;
Assemble various UAV types, including customised drones for specific requests;
Train and supervise a team of volunteers, providing hands-on guidance in
assembly and technical troubleshooting;
Conduct visual and functional quality control of UAV builds, ensuring
compliance with design and safety standards;
Perform quality assurance inspections, including soldering integrity checks,
hardware diagnostics, and flight-readiness evaluations.
Conducted functional testing, firmware flashing, and parameter tuning using
Betaflight, INAV, and ArduPilot.
