Key responsibilities:
Founded and lead a volunteer initiative focused on developing, assembling, and
testing FPV and customised UAVs;
Lead the full production cycle, from fundraising and component sourcing to
assembling, system integration, firmware setup and testing;
Assemble various UAV types, including customised drones for specific requests;
Train and supervise a team of volunteers, providing hands-on guidance in
assembly and technical troubleshooting;
Conduct visual and functional quality control of UAV builds, ensuring
compliance with design and safety standards;
Perform quality assurance inspections, including soldering integrity checks,
hardware diagnostics, and flight-readiness evaluations.
Conducted functional testing, firmware flashing, and parameter tuning using
Betaflight, INAV, and ArduPilot.
Manage financial and technical reporting, keeping transparent records of
expenses, inventory, and completed builds.

Main achievements:
Established a volunteer-based UAV workshop from scratch, successfully
operating for over two years.
Trained more than 15 volunteers in the complete process of drone assembly,
testing, and calibration.
Developed standardized assembly and testing procedures, ensuring consistent
quality and reliability of all produced UAVs.

Head Service and Application Engineer of Blood Transfusion

Key responsibilities:
Lead technical operations for the Blood Transfusion Equipment Division,
overseeing installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of high-precision
medical devices in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Provide advanced technical support and user training to medical personnel,
ensuring optimal equipment performance and user safety.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to analyze complex hardware and
software malfunctions, implement corrective actions, and enhance service
reliability.
Supervise a team of three service engineers; plan and deliver technical training
sessions focused on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting best
practices.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement, maintaining operational
readiness and minimizing equipment downtime.

Established a structured service and maintenance system for blood transfusion
devices, improving service efficiency and reliability.
Enhanced existing diagnostic and QA protocols, leading to faster fault detection
and improved equipment performance in the field.
Built and mentored a skilled technical team capable of independent problem-
solving and client support.

Key responsibilities:
Performed installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical systems
including dialysis and transfusion devices, adhering to manufacturer

Conducted detailed equipment diagnostics using specialized tools and service
