company policies, approving for payments;
- Document matching and verification – match invoices to PO, service contracts, ensure
proper coding of expenses in the accounting software (Yardi);
- Prepare and process the payments by ACH to the vendors;
- Vendor comunnication;
- Preparing accounts payable aging reports, assisting during month-end close tasks;
