It's hard to fairly assess my own experience, but I think it looks like I always make choices in favor of what interests me and what (I consider important. Love and interest (in everything I've done has formed quality experience in me, not formal experience just to make my resume look better.

Led the branding and communications team (in a large creative agency for over 8 years. Built the department from the ground up, defined its strategy, products, and financial model, and managed cross-team collaboration. Scaled (the agencyˇs branding expertise from zero to top-10 and pioneered the direction of digital branding  creating consistent visual systems for online-first brands.

Key takeaway: Learned (and feel on my own) firsthand how critical quality personnel are for unit effectiveness  which sparked my interest in helping military units improve their recruitment through better branding.
I thought that until about 35-40 years old I would do what I like, and then sell myself somewhere more expensive. However, when I was discharged from the army, the world turned upside down again and I once again promised myself to do only what brings me pleasure. But if it starts bringing big money, I won't be offended.((Now many interesting programs offer grant education to veterans. I recently completed brand strategy courses to organize this knowledge in myself. Now I'm planning to go study for an MBA, (so take me while I haven't become too smart yet.
