I manage daily payment operations for subscription-based mobile apps and e-commerce payment flows. Mostly working with Stripe, PayPal, Checkout.com, and native App Store/Google Play billing.

What I do:
- Oversee the full subscription lifecycle: trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, one-time purchases.
- Handle chargebacks and disputes across both recurring and transactional payments. I coordinate with PSPs and risk teams, prepare documentation for representments.
- Monitor approval rates, decline reasons, and merchant account health. When something goes wrong, I dig in and fix it.
- Support scaling of paid acquisition by ensuring payment infrastructure stays stable even when traffic spikes
- Prepare internal reports on refunds, disputes, and payment success rates for cross-functional teams

Result: stable billing operations even during traffic surges, minimized losses from failed payments.
